Thank you for supporting the 给 Tuesday Movement
Thank you for your overwhelming support to the Greek houses and Performing Arts through this year’s 给 Tuesday initiative! 给 Tuesday is an opportunity for people around the world to use their individual power of generosity to remain connected and support their communities. It’s not just one day – this is a global, social movement that’s working every day to fuel more generosity in service to building a more just and equitable world.
Bethany College joined together to support the Greek houses, Performing Arts, and The Bethany Fund. Over 650 donors supported our initiatives to raise $ 113,720.37 over the course of the 给 Tuesday campaign.
Greek 住房
We are pleased to announce that Beta Theta Pi raised the highest gift amount of $25,996, and Zeta Tau Alpha earned the highest donor participation with 197 gifts. Both of these groups will receive an extra $25,000 bonus towards their house renovations and cosmetic needs.
Performing Arts
Performing Arts raised a total of $18,520 to spend within the department. Your support of our Performing Arts Department will greatly address the needs of our theatre, 乐队, 合唱, rock ensemble, 舞蹈团队, 和更多的! Each of these areas are at the heart of Bethany, and they continue to flourish, bringing new opportunities to all students across campus.
Your gifts allow our programs to continue to grow, provide new experiences to our students, and to share our talent with the community and beyond.
The Bethany Fund
Your support for The Bethany Fund enables us to continue our commitment to each student who enters the Oglebay Gates at Bethany College.
Through the 给 Tuesday movement, the Bethany Fund raised $15,415.40 to allow us to offer new academic programs, create and sustain student scholarships, maintain and sanitize our buildings, and much more!
The Bethany Fund directly impacts the campus experience for our students, 教师, 工作人员, and supports our strategic plan, Build for a Lifetime.
